Man Charged With Firing Shot At Wife At Ossining Train Station OSSINING, N.Y. -- A 43-year-old Ossining resident was arrested and charged with second-degree attempted murder after allegedly shooting at his wife last week. A woman got into a dispute with Percy Ramos, whom she is separated from on Nov. 25, according to Lt. Jeff Giorgio of the Ossining Police Department. She drove Ramos to the Ossining train station, where the dispute escalated, Giorgio said. Ramos pulled out a handgun and the woman fled, Giorgio said. At 9:06 a.m., the emergency crew at the VA was called to the Montrose Day Care in building 29, according to Jason Tudor, public affairs officer for VA Hudson Valley.  Work was being done on a gas line, which had been shut off. Campion's suspension was approved at Wednesday's village board meeting. Nancy Vann stood within 300 feet where construction crews were clearing trees to make for the way for the pipeline. Worker crews could not proceed with their work due to safety guidelines. Westchester County Crime Stoppers announced Wednesday at a press conference at the Pleasantville Firehouse on Washington Avenue that they are offering a $3,500 reward for information leading to an arrest. The money was provided by Robert Allo, a Clinton Corners resident who worked with Dorr. A $2,500 reward from New York Crime Stoppers is also being offered.
