Three Jet Skiers Rescued From Hudson River PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Two people helped rescue three jet skiers from the Hudson River Sunday afternoon. At 5 p.m., near Riverfront Green park, Brian Calabro was at Peekskill Yacht Club when he saw three men floating in the water, according to LoHud. Calabro and John Ricci, a Cortlandt Manor resident, hopped into a motorboat and went to rescue the three men who were hanging onto a capsized jet ski. The three men were pulled out of the water, according to LoHud. The three men appeared to be okay and were treated by paramedics at the scene, according to LoHud.

Tendy Ready To Go To Work As Next Putnam DA PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Bob Tendy says it feels good to be the District Attorney-elect of Putnam County. For the second time in two months, Tendy defeated two-term incumbent Adam Levy on Tuesday, 7,621 votes to 5,756 votes, 56.82 percent to 42.92 percent. Tendy had defeated Levy in September in the Republican primary. Levy ran on several third party lines. Oliverio Thankful After Supervisor Victory PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. -- Voters chose Sam Oliverio as the new supervisor of Putnam Valley Tuesday. Catalina Re-Elected Mayor Of Peekskil PEEKSKILL, N.Y. -- Incumbent Republican Frank Catalina was elected to a second term as Mayor of Peekskill Tuesday. Catalina defeated Democrat Ken Martin 1,943 votes to 1,598 votes, 55 percent to 45 percent. In the race for Common Council, the Democrats retained their majority. Incumbents Vivan McKenzie and Kathleen Talbot won with 1,846 votes and 1,761 votes, respectively while Andre Rainey has 1,742 votes. Republicans Tina Fischer, Herbert Rayes and Brendon Fitzgerald trailed with 1,682 votes, 1,637 votes and 1,625 votes respectively.

Democrats Win In Ossining Municipal Elections OSSINING, N.Y. -- Democrats continue to control the Ossining Town and Village Boards according to unofficial results from the Westchester County Board of Elections. Democrat Dana Levenberg defeated John Perillio, who is running on the Conservative line in the race for supervisor, 2,555 votes to 1,607 votes, 61 percent to 39 percent. Democrats Karen D'Attore and Elizabeth Feldman were elected to the town board with 2,501 and 2,484 votes, respectively. Croton United Sweeps Village Elections CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- It was a clean sweep for Croton United in Tuesday's municipal elections. Greg Schmidt knocked off incumbent mayor Leo Wiegman 1,200 votes to 939 votes, 56 percent to 44 percent, according to unofficial results from the Westchester County Board of Elections. Croton United's Kenneth Walsh and Robert Andersen defeated incumbent trustees Maria Slippen and Andrew Levitt, both Democrats. Walsh had 1,200 votes and Anderson had 1,144. D'Angelo, Berra Win In North Castle Town Board Elections ARMONK, NY. -- Stephen D'Angelo and Jose Berra were the big winners in Tuesday's North Castle municipal elections, unofficial results from the Westchester County Board of elections show. D'Angelo and Berra won with 1,522 votes and 987 votes, respectively. D'Angelo ran on the Republican and Democratic lines, while Berra ran on the Democratic line. North Castle Residents Run New York City Marathon NORTH CASTLE, N.Y. -- Two North Castle residents received the thrill of a lifetime when they completed the New York City Marathon on Sunday. Linda French Defeats Ted Jensen For Dover Town Supervisor DOVER, N.Y. -- Democrat Linda French defeated Republican Ted Jensen to become the new Dover Town Supervisor on Tuesday. French received 646 votes, while Jensen received 502, the results show. The two ran to succeed incumbent Ryan Courtien.
