Tractor Trailer Crash Closes NJ Turnpike In Bergen County A crash between a tractor trailer and a passenger car closed a portion of the New Jersey Turnpike in Bergen County Sunday evening, June 16, authorities said. The tractor trailer collided with a Toyota SUV on the northbound side at milepost 120.3 in Leonia, just before 8:30 p.m., New Jersey State Police Trooper Jeffrey Lebron said. Minor injuries were reported, however, all lanes were blocked for a significant amount of time. The crash remains under investigation, and no additional information was available.
