School Custodian Charged With Making Threats To Westchester Co-Worker BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- A police presence was increased at Briarcliff schools on Friday after a custodian at Todd Elementary School was charged with making threats to a co-worker on Thursday. Christopher Detlefsen, a 46-year-old resident of Milton, was arrested and charged with 3rd degree falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeanor, Village Manager Philip Zegarelli said.
