Donald Trump Rally Puts Political Spotlight On Hudson Valley POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- The line stretched down the block outside the Mid-Hudson Civic Center as Trump supporters waited to see their favorite candidate on Sunday.Mayor Rob Rolison was greeting people outside and said he was happy to show off the city. WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. -- Kathleen Dymes of Croton-on-Hudson was sentenced to five years probation in the death of Lacey Carr, her 6-year-old daughter at Westchester County Court in White Plains early Tuesday afternoon.
