Voloto, Miller Elected In Cold Spring Village Elections COLD SPRING, N.Y. -- Steve Voloto and Lynn Miller are the newest members of the Cold Spring Village Board. The two were elected Tuesday night, with 400 votes and 383 votes, respectively. Barney Molloy came in 3rd with 281 votes according to unofficial results from the Putnam County Board of Elections. Cold Spring residents also voted to move their village elections from March to November, approving the referendum 340 votes to 291 votes.  The first November elections will be in 2018.

Incumbents Robert Hoyt and Mary McGee were re-elected with 572 votes and 565 votes, respectively. Karen Brown was elected with 558 votes. Republicans Domenic Morabito, John Chang and Terence Murphy trailed with 441 votes, 425 votes and 415 votes, respectively.
