Missing Wallaby Spotted Again In North Salem NORTH SALEM, N.Y. -- Indy, the North Salem wallaby that's been missing for more than two years, has been spotted back in town. According to Susan Bush, who cared for Indy with her husband, Warren Saks, Indy was spotted on Dingle Ridge Road Tuesday.  "We are happy that he has survived all of the challenges of living in the wild year- round," Bush said. "Now we are concerned about hunting season where, in color and facial structure, he resembles a young deer." Cortlandt Manor Man, 24, Killed In Route 202 Crash In Yorktown YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A motorcyclist was killed Thursday after he struck an SUV while on Route 202 at Garden Lane. Jack Bakmezian, a 24-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident, was ejected  from the motorcycle after he struck the SUV at 11:12 a.m., according to police. Bakmezian was taken to Hudson Valley Hospital Center where he was pronounced dead, according to police.  According to his LinkedIn page, Bakmezian was a carpenter Renu Contracting and Restoration in White Plains and attended Westchester Community College.  Yorktown Police are investigating the accident.
