The proposed project is in a mixed use development (District 1, Block 35, Lot 21). Any interested person can attend the meeting and speak, or submit written testimony. He was born to William and Agnes (Lynch) Freeman on June 30, 1927, and raised in Haverstraw. Freeman was a World War II Navy veteran. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed watching the Yankees and Navy football, but he loved Notre Dame football. He is survived by his children John Jr., Mary-Lee, Elizabeth, Richard and Robert; nine grandchildren; a sister Maureen Phillips; and brothers, William, Patrick and Richard.
