ID Released For Man Found Shot To Death On Long Island Sidewalk In Broad Daylight Police have released the identity of a man who was found shot to death on a sidewalk in broad daylight on Long Island.  Rafael DeLossantos, age 23, of Baldwin, was found around 1:59 p.m., on Monday, Oct. 25 by Nassau County Police responding to a call for a car accident. According to detectives, officers received a call for an auto accident with injury. Upon arrival, they found DeLossantos on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. Bank Robbery Suspect Nabbed A Day After Getting Away With Cash, Police Say A suspected bank robber in the Hudson Valley was nabbed following an investigation. Christopher Foxton, age 38, of Greenwood Lake in Orange County, was arrested on Saturday, Oct. 16, said police. According to police, Foxton, formerly of Ringwood, New Jersey, walked into the Chase Bank on Windermere Avenue and demanded money while displaying a firearm,  the Greenwood Lake Police Department said. High School Put On Lockdown Following Large Fight In Fairfield County, Police Say A Fairfield County high school was put on lockdown following a fight involving at least 10 students. The fight took place around 7:30 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 27 at Bunnell High School in Stratford. Man Charged With Arson Of Family Home That Killed Dog In Area, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with arson and cruelty to animals in connection with a fire at his parent's home that killed the family dog. Orange County resident Brett Bayo, age 29, from the town of Greenville was arrested by New York State Police for third-degree arson and aggravated cruelty to animals, both felonies.
