Ossining Rooftop Collapses, Swallows Four Cars OSSINING, N.Y. -- A rooftop parking lot at 25 Croton Ave. in Ossining collapsed on Wednesday night, swallowing four cars. Ossining firefighters responded to the scene at 10 p.m. with the incident initially reported as a sinkhole, according to the Ossining Fire Departmen Facebook page.  Firefighters arrived at the scene and found four vehicles sinking into the ground, according to the fire department. With 42 out of 43 districts reporting, Diana defeated Democrat Robert Giordano 55 percent to 45 percent and Bernard defeated Roseanne Brackett 59 percent to 41 percent.
