Visitation will be held on Thursday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home at 41 Grand St. in Croton. Her funeral will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Holy Name of Mary Church in Croton with burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery. Yorktown Democrats Cited For Unfair Campaign Practices YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- The Westchester County Fair Campaign Practices Committee ruled recently that the Yorktown Democrats committed several unfair practices in the March 2015 campaign for the Yorktown Town Board. The committee met on March 31 to address complaints filed by Republicans Tom Diana and Greg Bernard, who successfully ran for two open seats on the Town Board, against Democrats Roseanne Brackett and Bob Giordano.
