Westchester's Amanda Saccomanno Finishes Second On 'Tough Enough' YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Amanda Saccomanno, a 24-year-old Yorktown Heights resident, came so close to winning a $250,000 WWE contract and realizing her dream of becoming a WWE Diva. Saccomanno finished  second on "WWE Tough Enough," losing in the finals which aired Tuesday night. Saccommanno lost to Sara Lee 64 percent to 36 percent.  On the finale, Saccomanno had her first ever match, facing off against WWE Diva Alicia Fox. Eastchester Father Sentenced In Crash That Killed Three EASTCHESTER, N.Y. -- Michael Ware, an Eastchester resident whose daughter, of Pleasantville, was the driver in a fatal accident in Pennsylvania Labor Day weekend in 2014, was sentenced to 6.5 to 16 years in prison Thursday. Crash Closes Taconic Parkway In Yorktown, Causes Serious Injuries YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- State Police are investigating a serious accident that occurred near FDR Park and has shut down the southbound Taconic State Parkway in Yorktown Heights. The accident was reported at 3:45 p.m. According to state police at the Cortlandt barracks, it was a four-car accident.
