Selver's Kitchen is set to open soon in the city at 362 Washington St. in Peekskill, offering Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine.  The restaurant is run by Tana McGuire, a Buchanan native and Yorktown resident and Steven Cebel, a native of Turkey who emigrated from the country in 1982. Sleepy Hollow Fire Department Battles Box Truck Blaze SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. -- The Sleepy Hollow Fire Department was on the scene of a box truck fire Monday night. The fire occurred at 6:20 p.m. at North Broadway and Bedford Road. Firefighters arrived on scene and found the fire extending from the passenger rear wheel area to a fiberglass box, according to the Sleepy Hollow Fire Department. Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze and found the fire was caused by passenger rear brakes not releasing manually, according to the Sleepy Hollow Fire Department. The South Tarrytown Fire Department provided assistance.
