The fire on St. Casimir Avenue only affected one apartment, but eight other units were affected as well, lohud.com said. Those apartments could be left without electricity and gas for up to five days according to the Red Cross, reported lohud.com. No injuries were reported in the fire, lohud.com noted. Motorists are asked to avoid the route of the race between 8 and 10 a.m., and a number of roads will be closed in the morning: Quaker Road southbound from Roaring Brook Road to South Greeley from 8:05 to 10 a.m. Quaker Road northbound between Seven Bridges Road and Hardscrabble from 8:05 to 10 a.m. South Greeley Avenue from 8 to 8:30 a.m.

Two Men Arrested In Connection With Hudson Valley Mini-Mart Robbery SULLIVAN COUNTY, N.Y. – Two men were arrested by Sullivan County deputy sheriffs in connection with a mini-mart in robbery Cochecton earlier this week, according to TWC News. Thomas Crowley, 34, and Cody Krug, 23, were arrested on charges of robbery and petit larceny, TWC News said. The robbery occurred Tuesday night; just $200 was stolen since the owner of the mini-mart was able to stop one of the robbers from taking the cash register, reported TWC News.
