Mount Kisco Modell's Store Opening Delayed Until Late Summer MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. — Representatives from Modell’s Sporting Goods announced that a planned Mount Kisco store's opening will be delayed until late summer, according to the Examiner News. The announcement was made at the Planning Board meeting on Tuesday, April 26, the Examiner News said. New plans for the East Main Street site include two other tenants as well as Modell's, reported the Examiner News. An officer stopped a vehicle around 10 a.m. on Route 17 in Ramapo, and arrested a 57-year old male from Avenel, N.J. for DWI. Other incidents that occurred among the 66 calls for service include four car accidents, 13 alarm activations, a fire and one medical emergency.

Ira Bernstein, 41, and his girlfriend, Kelly Gribeluk, were charged on Monday with felony conspiracy and solicitation, News 12 noted. Authorities say Bernstein and Gribeluk planned to kill his estranged wife, Susan, with a car and make it look like an accident, reported News 12.
