Trio Charged After 1-Year-Old Found Dead In Drug-Filled Sussex County Home: Police A one-year-old was found dead in a drug-filled Sussex County home, leading to child endangerment and other charges for three, authorities announced over the weekend. The investigation began around 10:15 a.m. on Friday, August 20, when the Andover Police Department received a call reporting a deceased child at a home on Lake Iliff Road, they said in a release on Saturday, August 26.
