Cars In Norwalk Parking Lot Littered With Anti-Muslim Literature NORWALK, Conn. — Flyers spouting anti-Muslim messages were left on a number of cars in a South Norwalk parking lot this weekend, according to the Hour. One person described to the Hour how she came out of a movie Saturday night and returned to her car in the Webster Lot to find one of the flyers on her windshield. Several other cars in the parking lot also had the one-page flyer tucked into the windshield, the Hour reported. Brookfield Police Urge Safety As Kids Return To School Wednesday BROOKFIELD, Conn. -- Brookfield students are heading back to school on Wednesday, and police are asking drivers to keep an eye out and follow the rules of the road to make sure everyone has a safe and healthy return to school. Drivers should be aware of the possibility of pedestrians in the roadway. Police are also advising that buses will be out in full force. Drivers are required to come to a full stop at a safe distance for any bus that has its red lights activated. Brookfield Police will be out ensuring the safety of kids by observing traffic and ticketing non-compliant drivers.

Stratford Man Admits To Distributing Heroin In Fatal Overdose STRATFORD, Conn. -- A Stratford man pleaded guilty to selling heroin to a woman who later died of an overdose, according to Deirdre M. Daly, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Raymond J. Gordon, 30, also know as "X-Ray" pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of distribution of heroin. According to court documents, on Dec. 10, 2016, Stratford Police and emergency medical personnel responded to a home after receiving reports of an unresponsive 22-year-old woman. Stamford Man Arrested With Pounds Of Cocaine In Car STAMFORD, Conn. — A Stamford man was arrested with several pounds of cocaine and tens of thousands of dollars on Saturday, according to the Stamford Advocate.
