Stamford Man, 72, Robbed After Being Offered Day Labor Work STAMFORD, Conn. -- A man in his 70s was robbed at knifepoint by a stranger in an SUV on Friday afternoon who had initially offered him some day labor work, according to the Stamford Advocate. Stamford Teens Charged With Trying To Steal Pot STAMFORD, Conn. — Two Stamford teens were charged with attempted robbery after they stole marijuana from another teen this weekend, according to the Stamford Advocate. Police ID Milford Man Who Died After Boat Hit Buoy, Throwing Him Into Sound NEW HAVEN, Conn. – The 43-year-old man who died after being thrown from a boat into the water of Long Island Sound after it hit a buoy near New Haven Harbor late Saturday has been identified as Joseph Regan of Milford, according to the New Haven Register. Man Hit In Head, Child Hit In Hand By Gunfire In Bridgeport BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — A man and a child were both injured in a shooting in Bridgeport on Sunday night, according to the Connecticut Post.
