Woman Entered Sing Sing With Drugs, Police Say OSSINING, N.Y. -- A 35-year-old Brooklyn woman accused of trying to sneak heroin, cocaine, and several other drugs into Sing Sing prison is facing a host of criminal charges, according to police. Shakeema L. Chavis was arrested by New York State Troopers on Dec. 22 after prison officials found her in possession of heroin and cocaine along with suboxone and synthetic marijuana, according to police.
