Bellows Elementary School are gearing up for a basketball fundraiser against the Harlem Wizards. Regeneron Science Talent Search Recognizes Two From Scarsdale High School SCARSDALE, N.Y. – Their scientific prowess has earned two Scarsdale High School students a shot at award money and a trip to Washington, D.C. Dexin Li and Lauren Hallie Singer, both 17, were recently selected as scholars by the national Regeneron Science Talent Search, according to a statement from the high school. Newtown Police Warn Of Break-Ins After Car Is Stolen From Home NEWTOWN, Conn. – Newtown police investigating a string of vehicle-targeted thefts are urging residents to lock their cars and take the keys inside. Poughkeepsie Fire Called 'Suspicious' POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – A fire that tore through parts of a vacant Harrison Street home on Friday has been deemed suspicious, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. The blaze drew city firefighters to the second floor of 44 Harrison St. about 8:30 p.m., according to the Journal, which reported that the first responders on the scene reported “heavy fire” on their arrival.
