Bronxville H.S. Sophomores Earn Spots In Regional Poetry Out Loud
BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Two sophomores were recognized as top finishers in Bronxville High School’s Poetry Out Loud competition.
Olivia Lewis, the contest winner, and Jack Kochansky, the runner-up, each earned a spot in the regional competition, which is scheduled for Feb. 16 at the Fashion Institute of Technology’s Katie Murphy Amphitheatre, according to a statement from the high school.

Darien Summer School Offering Many New Programs
DARIEN, Conn. –The Darien Summer School (DSS) program is changing its offerings this year to include expanded course options, digital course catalogs, and one-, two- or five-week sessions.
Registration for this summer’s classes opens on Jan. 23, according to a statement from Kaitlin Stanton, a Darien High School counselor and the DSS program’s coordinator. Those interested are asked to register early.

Putnam County Young Republicans Club Introduces New Executive Board
PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. – The Putnam County Young Republican Club recently gathered to install its new executive board.
According to a statement from the group, its newly elected officers include Nick Fannin as president, Marykate Acquisto as vice president, Tara Keegan as secretary and Sarah Greene as treasurer.
