Aquayo-Lopez, 22, was arrested shortly before 3 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 15. He's accused of stealing the items on at least two occasions since late in January. Aguayo-Lopez is set to answer to the misdemeanor charges in Ulster Town Court at 2 p.m. on March 2.
