Loud Exhaust Leads To Felony Pot Bust On I-684, Police Say BEDFORD, N.Y. -- A 30-year-old Brooklyn man is facing criminal charges after police pulled him over for driving a car with a loud exhaust and found him with 266 grams of marijuana, according to state police. Gavin S. Warren was arrested on April 19 during the Interstate 684 traffic stop, according to investigators. He has been charged with third-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony. Police said Warren was ticketed and later released without bail. He is to appear in Bedford Town Court at 7 p.m. on May 11.
