The incident took place around 2:20 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 10, just south of Exit 14A on I-87, in the town of Ramapo in Rockland County. Person Struck, Killed By Car On Residential Roadway In Area A person was killed after being were hit by a vehicle in a residential neighborhood in the area. The incident was reported around 5:16 a.m., Monday, Oct. 11 in Ulster County. Officers responded to a 911 call of a reported car/pedestrian accident in the area of 61 South Ohioville Road in the Town of New Paltz.
