Two Seriously Injured In Crash On Busy Area Roadway Two people were seriously injured during a crash in the region. The crash took place around 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 13 on Route 6 in Woodbury in Orange County, said the New York State Police. Woodbury fire officials said the occupants of both vehicles were extricated and transported to local hospitals with serious injuries. The incident took place around 1 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 14, at Miller Nissan in the Town of Fairfield. Officers responded to the Cumberland Farms on Kings Highway after receiving a call that a delivery man had stumbled into the store after being shot at the dealership located at 930 Kings Highway East, according to Lt. Woman Trapped In Car Hospitalized After Crash In Region A woman was seriously injured during a crash in Western Massachusetts. It happened around 11 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 13, in Hampden County, at the intersection of Dwight and Linden streets in Holyoke. According to the Holyoke Fire Department, the car the woman was driving struck several parked cars, causing the woman to become entrapped in the vehicle. Firefighters used hydraulic tools to free her from the car. The woman was transported to the hospital by ambulance. The extent of her injuries is currently unknown. No one else was injured.
