Ossining Teenager Arrested For Making Threats On Social Media OSSINING, N.Y. -- A 17-year-old Ossining High School student was arrested and charged with making a terrorist threats in an incident that led to Ossining High School being placed on lockdown last September. The teenager, who was arrested Tuesday, made the threats on Yik Yak, a social media app, according to Detective Lt. William Sullivan.  Making terrorist threats is a felony. Investigators Await Toxicology Report In Death Of Croton's Lacey Carr CROTON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. -- The Westchester County District Attorney's Office said the death of 6-year-old Lacey Carr remains an ongoing investigation. Lacey was found unconscious along with her mother, Kathleen Dymes in their Croton-On-Hudson home in April. The Ossining resident celebrated her 113th birthday at Victoria Home on North Malcom Street in Ossining. Feng was born on May 12, 1902 in Shanghai. The world's oldest person is 115-year-old Jeralean Talley of Michigan, according to TIME Magazine.
