Westchester Land Trust Expands Staff, Board Of Directors BEDFORD, N.Y. -- The Westchester Land Trust has named three new members to its advisory board of directors and added two new members to its staff.Joe Edgar of Pound Ridge, Megan Kulick of Scarsdale and Pam Pooley of North Salem were named to the board.
