Man ID'd In Fatal Red Hook Crash RED HOOK, N.Y. -- A 49-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a one-car crash on Route 9 in Red Hook Monday morning, according to John Watterson of the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office. The accident occurred neared the border of Columbia County.Robert Yowell of Albany was unconscious and trapped in the vehicle, and was later pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
