OSSINING, N.Y. -- The Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce announced Friday they had collected enough signatures to force a referendum on a proposed roundabout in downtown Ossining. The Village of Ossining is pursuing the roundabout, which would be funded via a $500,000 bond at the intersection of Main, Spring and Brandreth Streets and Central Avenue.
