Obituary: Joseph Russo, 85, Of Cortlandt Manor CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. -- Joseph Russo, of Cortlandt Manor, NY passed away on March 12, 2017, he was 85 years old.  Russo was born on March 23, 1931 and was married to Mary Ann (Pugliese) on November 3, 1956. He is predeceased by his wife Mary Ann, and is survived by his son Steven, daughter Linda, daughter in law Carol and three grandchildren Julian DeBerry, Kerry and Jessica Russo.  A mass of Christian burial will be held on, Monday, April 3 at 10 am at Holy Spirit Church in Peekskill. Internment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
