Man Who Crosses Double-Yellow Line Was Drunk, Had Pot, Yorktown Police Say YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- A Yorktown man was arrested  last week and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana after police said they pulled him over on Crompond Road for crossing a double yellow line and driving on the shoulder.  Alex Garcia, 26, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or more, both misdemeanors. Residents should not feed coyotes, not feed pets outside and make garbage inaccessible to coyotes and other animals, the village said.  Residents should also eliminate the availability of birdseed, which an attract coyotes, the village said.
