Jack Tymon Sr., 87, Former Stamford Resident
STAMFORD, Conn. -- Jack Tymon -- of Statesville, N.C. and formerly of Stamford, died on Tuesday, Jan. 19. He was 87.
He was born on Aug. 27, 1928, in Stamford, to James and Elizabeth Phelan Tymon.
Tymon was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church, in Statesville.
Tymon was a self-employed mason by trade. He was also an avid hunter, fisherman and had a green thumb. He loved to watch football and was a huge fan of Notre Dame and the New England Patriots.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years…
Richard A. Matiko, 53, Former Ridgefield Resident
RIDGEFIELD, N.J. -- Richard A. Matiko, formerly of Ridgefield, died Wednesday, Jan. 13. He was 53.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, at St. Matthew's Church. Visiting hours and a luncheon will follow, from noon to 2 p.m., at Blackley Funeral Home, 809 Broad Ave., Ridgefield. Cremation was private.
Pauline Russotto, 77, Fishkill Resident
FISHKILL, N.Y. -- Pauline Russotto, a resident of Fishkill, formerly of Hopewell Junction, died Sunday, Jan. 17. She was 77.
Born in Pawling, Russotto was the youngest of seven children. She attended business school and worked as a staff assistant for IBM in East Fishkill.
Russotto enjoyed reading, crocheting, watching old movies and the Yankees.
She is survived by sisters Angie Hardisty of Pawling and Carmela Russotto of Poughkeepsie; many nieces and nephews; and many good friends.

Antoinette M. McDowell, 87, Longtime Beacon Resident
BEACON, N.Y. -- Longtime Beacon resident Antoinette M. McDowell died on Sunday, Jan. 17. She was 87.
Born in Beacon, McDowell graduated from Russell Sage College in Troy. She was an executive secretary at IBM in Poughkeepsie. Later, she worked as a docent at Boscobel in Garrison.
She was a parishioner of St. Joachim-St. John the Evangelist Church, in Beacon.
McDowell is survived by her son, John Stephen McDowell and his wife, Maribeth of Beacon; grandchildren Timothy and James Gray, and Samantha and Stephen McDowell; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- Mary D. Ricciardi, a Wappingers Falls resident, formerly of Yonkers, died Monday, Jan. 18. She was 79.
She was a salesclerk at H.L. Green Department Store in Yonkers for many years. She was a member of DAV Auxiliary Castle Point No. 144 Chapter.

Betty Berlamino, 85, Longtime Paramus Resident
PARAMUS, N.J. -- Longtime Paramus resident Betty (Beckmann) Berlamino died Tuesday, Jan. 19. She was 85.
Before retiring, Berlamino was a registered nurse. She was a member of Cornerstone Bible Church in River Vale.
She is survived by her children Stephen Berlamino and his wife Arlene, and Betty Ellen Berlamino; grandchildren Lauren, Megan and Alexandra; and several nieces and nephews.
