A New Jersey family is making the move from TikTok to television with their audition on Tuesday, June 27’s episode of 'America’s Got Talent.'
Hailing from Basking Ridge, the Sharpe Family Singers — Barbra Russell-Sharpe, her husband Ron Sharpe, and their four children, Samantha, Logan, Aidan, and Connor, blew the judges away with their soulful cover of “How Far I’ll Go” from Disney’s Moana.
“It’s never quiet in our house,” reads the family’s bio on TikTok, where they’ve amassed an astonishing 8.5 million followers.

More than $256,000 in cash and a slew of drugs were seized as a pair of accused dealers were hit with distribution and money laundering charges, authorities in Morris County announced Wednesday, June 28 said.
Nelly Solano, 59, and Eldridge Cruzado, 21, both of Kenvil, were charged with first-degree distribution of LSD, distribution of methamphetamine, and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and LSD, second-degree money laundering, and other similar offenses, Morris County First Assistant Prosecutor Maggie Calderwood said.

Infant Seriously Hurt, 3 Young Children Injured As Driver Hits Tree Off Rt. 80 (Update)
Three young children were hurt and an infant suffered serious injuries as a driver veered off Route 80 and struck a tree on Wednesday, June 28, state police said.
Adriana Padilla-Caban, 23, was behind the wheel of a Kia SUV when she veered to the left and hit a tree on the westbound side near milepost 19.2 in Allamuchy around 10:40 a.m., NJSP Trooper Charles Marchan told Daily Voice.
Padilla-Caban, of Scranton, PA, as well as a 4-, 3-, and 1-year-old suffered “moderate” injuries, Marchan said. Meanwhile, a 3-month-old was seriously injured.

Thousands Without Power In North Jersey After Heavy Winds, Thunderstorms (Photos)
Thousands of residents across North Jersey were without power as thunderstorms swept through the area overnight on Tuesday, June 27.
According to JCP&L, just over 1,200 Morris County residents and more than 2,000 in Somerset County were without power as of Tuesday morning. Meanwhile, nearly 1,700 in Hunterdon and about 1,000 in Warren Counties had yet to regain electricity.
Among the areas reporting the highest number of outages were Bernards Township, Bernardsville Borough, Harding Township, and Randolph Township.
