The crash occurred on Iron Bridge Road in Bethlehem Township around 10:50 a.m. and involved a tractor-trailer with construction equipment off the road, according to initial reports. Emergency services were at the scene as of around 11:15 a.m., according to the township’s OEM, who confirmed that wires and poles were affected in the crash area. Otero was riding a Harley Davidson eastbound when the vehicle ran off the left side of the roadway, hit a concrete barrier, and overturned near milepost 0.5 in Parsippany-Troy Hills shortly before 1:15 a.m., New Jersey State Police Detective I Jeffrey Lebron told Daily Voice.
