The Message Is In The Medium: Art Show Opens At Wilton Library
WILTON, Conn. – In a celebration of media, the Wilton Library is to host an art exhibition - "The Message is in the Medium" - featuring four local artists.
The exhibit, which will hold an opening from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 18, will include works from artists Eileen Panepinto of Weston, Debra Schaffer of Ridgefield, Ellen Schiffman of Weston and Joyce Seymour of Wilton, according to a statement from the library.

Somers High School Students Present 'A Midsummer Night's Dream'
SOMERS, N.Y. -- Drama students at Somers High School are scheduled to perform "A Midsummer Night's Dream," beginning Friday, according to the school district.
The play, a comedy written by William Shakespeare in the 1590s, is to be performed by the students at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 18, and Saturday, Nov. 19, and at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 20, according to the school district.

Franklin Lakes Fire Department Rings Alarm On Open House
FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- The Franklin Lakes Volunteer Fire Department has scheduled an Open House aimed at attracting new volunteers.The event, scheduled for 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, will allow students and adults aged 16 and over to get an up close look at the firehouse and its equipment, according to Facebook post by the department.

BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Using replicas of the 2016 New York state ballot, Bronxville’s middle and high school students took to the polls this week to "elect" their local, state and federal leaders.
