Meet Zoey, The Hi-Tor Pet Of The Week POMONA, N.Y. -- The Hi Tor Pet of the Week is Zoey, a 4-year-old female American bulldog/pit bull mix best suited to a home with older children. Zoey entered the Hi Tor Animal Care Center on Firemen's Memorial Drive as a stray, according to the shelter.  She gets along with most other dogs, but "it will depend on the other dog," the shelter said.
