Clarkstown, Retired Police Officer Spar Over Disability Back Pay
NEW CITY, N.Y. – All sides agree that Clarkstown owes back pay to Robert Lynn, a retired town police officer, but neither side can agree on how much, according to lohud.com.
Lynn, a veteran officer with more than 20 years of experience, fought for and won a disability retirement pension after suffering two injuries to the same arm in July and October of 2012, according to lohud.com.
