Pit Bull Owner Sought After Glenmere Lake Attack Leaves Terrier Dead
FLORIDA, N.Y. -- Police are searching for the owner of a black and white pit bull that attacked a killed a 14-year-old terrier at Glenmere Lake, according to Time Warner Cable News.
Ester Donohue, the terrier's owner, was walking her pet at the lake when the pit bull came running from about 300 feet away, according to TWC News.
The larger dog attacked, breaking Wallace the terrier's pelvis, biting his jaw and tossing him into the water, according to TWC News.

Pelham Memorial High School's Chamber Chorus Takes Stage At Carnegie Hall
NEW YORK -- It took practice, practice, practice, but the Pelham Memorial High School Chamber Chorus finally made it to Carnegie Hall.According to a post on the school district's Facebook page, the choral group under the direction of Maria Abeshouse sang the Mozart "Requiem" at the famed classical music hall on Monday, June 13, as part of the Masterworks Festival Chorus.
Along with the Chamber Chorus and Abeshouse, staff members Pamela Brinkman, Irene Gruber and Megan Rice attended the event, according to the post.
