It happened between the Tires Plus and Walgreens stores just east of the Pike's intersection with South Henderson Road, Upper Merion police said.  Repairs are expected to take all day Tuesday, July 11, they added. Traffic is being detoured to Saulin Boulevard and South Henderson as workers repair the highway.  Drivers should avoid the area entirely if possible, authorities said.
