Shooter, Victim Charged After Shooting Central PA McDonald's: Lancaster Police
A 19-year-old has been arrested and both he and the man he shot have been charged, Lancaster Bureau of Police said.
The accused shooter, Lorenzo O'branty of Lancaster, has been charged the following crimes, the police announced on Friday, July 21, 2023:
Felony aggravated assault.
Felony discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure.
Misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person.
Felony firearms not to be carried without a license.
A 20-year-old man recovering from a gunshot wound has also been charged, police announced on Thursday, July 20, 2023.

Police arrested two men in connection with a shooting in Milford last week, authorities said.
Joseph Brigham, 25, of Hopedale, and Derek Brigham, 33, of Blackstone, face a host of charges following a Sunday, June 15 shooting, Hopedale police said.
Police responded to a home on Dutcher Street after someone called to say a man ran into their home and through the backdoor, authorities said. Investigators later linked it to a shooting outside the house.

Wanted Dorchester Man Brought 'Ghost Gun' To Puerto Rican Festival: Prosecutor
Police say a 28-year-old Boston man brought a loaded, high-capacity 'ghost gun' with a laser sight with him to the Puerto Rican Festival last week.
Marc Serrano, of Dorchester, was arrested near Franklin Park as he left the festival on Saturday, July 30, because he had an outstanding assault and battery warrant, the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office said.
