Search For Missing Boy Ends In Tragedy For Kennett Township Family: Police
The search for a missing child came to a tragic end on Monday, April 29 in one Chester County town. Officials were called to a Kennett Township home on the 600 block of Chandler Mill Road around 2:45 p.m. for reports of a missing 5-year-old boy who had autism, local police said. The child was find amid a widespread search involving multiple agencies, face down in a neighbor's pond, police said. Officers dove into the pond and rescued the boy, starting life-saving measures immediately. Despite all efforts, the boy was pronounced dead at Dupont Hospital, police said.

Police are asking for help in locating an 18-year-old Hudson Valley man who was reported missing. Orange County resident Tyler Rivera was last seen at around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, in the village of Washingtonville on Emerson Drive. A 20-year-old New Jersey man is missing, last seen boarding a bus to the Adirondacks on Thursday, Feb. 29, authorities said. Adam Ishak, of Roxbury Township, left his home at 3 a.m. and boarded a bus from New York City to Saranac Lake that left at 7 a.m., Saranac Lake police said. A Camden family is mourning the loss of a loved one who died in a fire, according to a GoFundMe campaign. Kwame Shawn Bryant was killed in the blaze at about 1 a.m. on Friday, March 8 in the 900 block of Newman Avenue, a Camden City spokesman confirmed. He was 35 years old.
