Man Filmed Sexual Encounter With Teen, Sent It Out, PWC Police Say
An 18-year-old man was arrested for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl and recording part of it, before sending it to at least one other person, authorities in Prince William County said.
Dominque Allen Sequeria-Carter, of Woodbridge, met up with the girl at a Woodbridge home sometime between Jan. 2 and 5, 2023, PWC police said.
While inside the home, the Sequeria-Carter sexually assaulted the victim on more than one occasion and recorded a portion of the encounter, police said. The victim left the home later that day without incident, and eventually reported the inciden…

Two Atlantic City teenagers were arrested after police responded to a report of shots fired, authorities said.
A ShotSpotter audio gunshot-detection system alerted police to gunfire at 3:04 p.m. Monday in the 700 block of Maryland Avenue, Lt. Kevin Fair, a police department spokesman, said on Wednesday.
Two suspects were seen running into a residence on the 800 block, where police surrounded the building and called for those inside to come out, Fair said,.
