Evacuation: Hazmat Called To York City Sewer Plant (Update) A hazmat team has been called to the York City Sewer Plant due to a possible gas leak, according to York County Emergency Management.  The call about a potential methane gas leak came into dispatch at 9:17 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 2.  Emergency crews quickly responded to the plant located at 1701 Blackbridge Road, Manchester Township.
