PA Worker ID'd After Crushing Death Between Forklift, Tractor-Tractor A 30-year-old person has been identified following a crash involving a tractor-trailer and a forklift at work in Manchester Township on Thursday. The coroner identified the victim as Joseph Via III, "Joey, who was in the process of transitioning to Lizzy," her stepmother, Sue Frederick Via, said in a Facebook post. US Rt 30 Reopens After HazMat Called To Jackknifed Tractor-Trailer (Update) A jackknifed tractor-trailer caused major delays on US Route 30 on Friday afternoon. The tractor-trailer leaked fuel onto US Rt. 30 East by Exit: PA 462 - Lincoln Highway, according to Lancaster County Wide Communications. The jackknifing happened around 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 1, dispatchers explained. No injuries were reported, but a HazMat crew remains on the scene for "spill control," dispatchers said.
