Pedestrian Struck: Child Taken To Trauma Center In South Central PA, Police A child has been taken to a trauma center after being struck by a vehicle, Chambersburg police announced on Friday. The child "[accidentally] ran onto the roadway and was struck by a passing motorist," on Dec. 8, as written in the police release. Kamryn Setzer, an Emmaus native, and her best friend, Emily Stevens, had uprooted their lives and were en route to relocate to Arizona, when Stevens lost control of the 2013 Hyundai Elantra on Interstate 70 on Friday, Dec. 1, Columbus police said. Mennonite Toddler ID'd After Fatal Train Strike In Central PA A 15-months and 14-days-old boy has been identified after being struck by a Norfolk Southen Train on Thursday. Landis Sensenig Newswanger was hit by a Norfolk Southern train running along the tracks in his backyard in the 400 block of West Main Street, South Newton Township, Cumberland County at 10:04 a.m. on Dec. 7, according to state police and later identified in his obituary. Entrapped Woman Charged After Hit By Dump Truck In Ephrata: Police (Photos) A woman has been charged after her vehicle was struck by a dump truck — entrapping her on Thursday morning, Northern Lancaster County Regional police explained. Heart Issue Kills Driver On US Rt 15 In Central PA: Police One person has died following a crash on US Route 15 on Wednesday, according to Upper Allen Township Police. Donna Teeter, 82 of Mechanicsburg had a heart condition that led her to crash, according to Cumberland County Coroner Charles Hall. Suspect Critical After Being Shot By AG Agent At Pittsburgh Greyhound Station: Reports A knife-wielding man was in critical condition after being shot by an agent with the Attorney General's Office Wednesday morning, Dec. 6, at the Greyhound station in Pittsburgh, multiple outlets are reporting.
