Dutchess County resident Alison Albertson, age 53, of Hyde Park, was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 4, following a yearlong investigation. The crash, which took place in Larchmont around 8:15 a.m., Thursday, Aug. 12,  closed all southbound lanes after one of the tractor-trailers jack-knifed blocking all lanes of traffic, New York State Police Trooper Tara McCormick said.
