Know Him? Man Wanted For Robbing Branch Of Fairfield County Bank Police in Connecticut are asking the public for help identifying a man who allegedly robbed an area bank. The bank robbery took place around 1:50 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, at the Fairfield County Bank at 121 New Canaan Ave., in Norwalk. According to Sgt. Long Man Injured After Being Pinned Under Vehicle A Long Island man was injured after he became trapped under a vehicle at a salvage yard. The incident took place around 5 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 22, in Suffolk County when Southampton Town Police Department responded to the salvage yard in Flanders. Prior to police arrival employees removed Michael Mujsce, age 74, from underneath the front end of a dismantled vehicle, police said.  Mujsce suffered minor injuries and was transported to Stony Brook Hospital via Flanders Ambulance for medical treatment.

Man Found Dead In Vehicle On Side Of Area Roadway, Police Say An area man was found dead in a vehicle on the shoulder of a roadway. The incident took place around 7:39 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 23, on Upper Grant Street in Highland in Ulster County, when the Town of Lloyd Police responded to a call of a deceased man. When officers arrived on the scene they found a 65-year-old Highland man dead in the driver's seat of his vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway, said Town of Lloyd Chief of Police James Janso. No foul play is suspected.  The cause is death is believed to be natural/medical pending an autopsy report, Janso said.

The incident took place in Toms River, New Jersey around 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 18. Police and EMS were dispatched to 8th Avenue and Ocean Ave in Ortley Beach for multiple swimmers in distress.  Firefighters were able to rescue two people who were caught in the rip current.
