"An unknown Black male, described as 5'10" with shoulder length dreads, shot a dog upon encountering the dog as he walked west on Locust Lane," the Susquehanna Township police say. Missing Chambersburg Teen With Maryland Ties: Pennsylvania State Police The second girl from Chambersburg and the fourth Pennsylvania teenage girl has been reported as missing by Pennsylvania state police in a release on Tuesday, January 10.
