Construction Collapse Injures 3 In Newark Three people were injured at a construction site in Newark when a frame they were erecting fell, Newark Public Safety Director Fritz Fragé said on the morning of Thursday, April 20.  The collapse occurred on the 400 block of 4th Avenue, Fragé said. The construction workers suffered minor injuries and received medical attention from EMS at the scene, Fragé said. The incident remains under investigation, Fragé said.
