Man Sexually Abused 10-Year-Old Three Times, Yorktown Police Say MOHEGAN LAKE, N.Y. -- Yorktown Police arrested and charged a 47-year-old Mohegan Lake man with three counts of sexual abuse Friday. Police allege Matthew Hainey sexually abused a 10-year-old three times at his home in March. An order of protection was issued and Hainey was ordered held on $500,000 bail.
